How to file
Any individual or organization wishing to submit a complaint, please send a letter of complaint to the NCP secretariat including the following information:
- Personal information(Name, address, contact information, occupation etc.)
- Name of Multinational Enterprise, specific activities and supporting evidence
- Relevant articles and activities considered to be in breach of the guidelines
- The parties related to the breach of the guidelines
- Other references related to the issue

Please note that the NCP may ask the submitter to supplement the letter of complaint within a certain period of time and may not receipt the application if the request to supplement the application is denied without good reason.
