Peer Review
A Peer Review looks at whether the NCP is functioning in a visible, accessible, transparent and accountable manner. It also explores whether the NCP handles cases in a way that is impartial, predictable, equitable and compatible with the Guidelines.
- March 2017, NCP Korea applied for peer review
- December 2019, on-site visit by representatives of NCPs from Germany, Switzerland and Australia with the OECD Secretariat
- March 2021, Korea NCP Peer Review Report was released at the Working Party on Responsible Business Conduct (WPRBC) Meeting
- March 2022, the Korean NCP reported implementations of the recommendations at the Working Party on Responsible Business Conduct(WPRBC) Meeting
